The guarantees

What the server holds.

These rules are not instructions repeated to the model: they live in the server. A capability that has been removed cannot be worked around.

No confirmation is spoken before the writing action returns.
The model does not have the transfer tool until the escalation action allows it. The capability is removed, not forbidden.
The server bounds the dates: never in the past, never beyond the client's horizon.
Finding a record requires the phone number or the reference. A name alone is never enough.
